MTN has added two more options, with smaller caps, to its Extended Data offering that will give subscribers easier access to broadband Internet.
The new 40Mb and 150Mb data price plans, which are in addition to existing MTN data plans, are suited for entry-level Internet users or those looking for an affordable way to buy a broadband modem via MTN and gain access to the Internet.
MTN’s Extended Data price plans are geared for customers who want a separate data-only contract and SIM card for Internet use.
The monthly cost is fixed and users exceeding the inclusive data limit still benefit from low out-of-bundle rates.
With Extended Data 40MB, users can also load an additional data bundle to get low in-bundle data rates.
The 40Mb package costs R89.00 per month, with the 150Mb package coming in at R159.00 per month. Both carry a R209.00 once-off SIM and connection fee as well.
