NNS opts for PPO to ease project management process

Local supplier of ITSM related services, Nterprise Network Solutions (NNS), has implemented Post Vision Technology’s Project Portfolio Office (PPO) solution internally and outsourced the running of its clients’ project offices to Post Vision and its partner network. NNS’ project office and its projects are now entirely managed through this network.

"We were looking for a solution that would result in the more efficient management of NNS’ resources as well as improved project visibility for our clients," says Peter Harms, managing director of NNS. "With IT literacy at board level on the increase, IT consultancies must be able to operate at CXO-level, offering professional solutions with a sound management foundation and transparency. It was also important for us to improve cash flow through the clear definition of scope, deliverables and payment milestones.

PPO is a web-based application designed, developed and supported in South Africa to assist organisations to manage projects and project portfolios in various industries.
