Panda commits to African channel

Panda Security has announced an overhaul of its channel sales strategy with
the launch of a new Panda Business Partner programme that offers partners a
scalable, highly profitable model based on joint business plans.

These business plans include marketing actions, annual sales plans, actions
on vertical markets or specific solutions and a comprehensive training and
certification programme.
"Panda Security's partners are a major component of our business model and a
genuine extension of our company," says Jeremy Matthews, head of Panda
Security's sub-Saharan operations. "We will design specific plans so that
the most committed partners can maximize their profits."
He explains that Panda Security marks the difference with its competitors
through its catalogue of top-of-the-range, channel-oriented security
solutions capable of meeting all protection needs. Panda Security's
technologies and solutions are ideal for the channel as they allow it to
manage, create and integrate security applications for its clients with
maximum simplicity.
"At the forefront in the fight against cyber threats, Panda offers its
African partners a simple, cooperative business model, truly global presence
and great experience in the growing computer security sector," says
Matthews.
The Panda partners in Africa will benefit from Panda's support, and specific
online training through Panda Security's e-Campus. In the programme, the
company's partners will also be able to build their own complementary
solutions through Panda's development assistance, technical validation,
certification and contents.
"Panda Security's PBP allows our partners to offer and integrate security
solutions, from the most basic to the most complex. We are establishing
long-term relationships based on mutual commitment and sharing the same
goals: better, faster and stronger growth, ensuring markets are not
over-distributed," concludes Matthews.
