Securedata escaped fallout from the JSE today, submitting its annual report within hours of the securities exchange taking action pertaining to the company missing the deadline.

A statement from the JSE early this morning warned investors that Securedata has failed to submit its annual report with the six-month period stipulated in the JSE's listing requirements.
At that time, the company's listing on the JSE Tradelect system was annotated with an "RE", indicating that it had failed to submit its annual report timeously and that the listing of its securities was under threat of suspension and possible termination.
However, a couple of hours later the annotation was removed as the annual report had been lodged.
Just over a week ago, Securedata Africa's chief operating officer and director Brett Parker was suspended.
