Telkom is expected to announce a new structure, which will see the telecommunications giant split into three seperate entities focusing on South Africa, international and data centre operations.
Meanwhile, Pinky Moholi has resigned from Nedbank to rejoin Telkom as CEO of the South African unit.
It's unclear what position Reuben September, CEO of the company, will hold under the new structure.
Moholi was previously head of sales & marketing at Telkom and widely tipped to become CEO. However, she left in 2005 in what appeared to be a management shake-out.
During her tenure at Nedbank Moholi led the bank's brand repositioning strategy.
