Facebook has received a $200-million investment from Digital Sky Technologies (DST), giving the Russian company a 1,96% stake in the social networking service.

The deal gives Facebook a market value of about $10-billion.
Last year, Microsoft got 1,6% of the company for a $240-million investment, which put the value of the organisation then at about $15-billion.
Neither corporate investor has a place on the Facebook board or holds special observer rights.
