Robert Sussman, joint CEO of Integr8 Group, has been listed as a finalist in the Absa Jewish Achiever Awards 2009.

It is not the first time that the executive has secured a place among recognised business people within the Jewish community. In 2007 Sussman was rated by organisers of the event as one of the country's top three entrepreneurs for privately-owned organisations.
According to the criteria laid down by the organisers, Sussman is a creditable member of the Jewish community, has achieved a resounding success as a leading entrepreneur and businessman as joint CEO of a major business, and has proven consistent performance with credible empowerment procedures via annual reports.
Among Sussman's achievements is recognition as the ICT African Achievers Top Private CIO of the year for two consecutive years, the company's recognition as the ICT African Achievers Most Innovative ICT company, and a ICT Workplace Provider of the Year category.
Integr8 IT also secured the Networking Infrastructure Solutions Award and Customer Experience Award at the 2008 Microsoft Partner Programme Awards.
The company has also been listed among the top ten Africa-based businesses identified for the prestigious Legatum Pioneers of Prosperity Award.
But the Absa Jewish Achiever Awards holds a very special place in the heart of this young entrepreneur.
"It is special. To be nominated for this prestigious award is a great achievement, and I am pleased to be recognised within a highly competitive, vibrant and pressurised area of commerce," says Sussman. "It is encouraging to note the extent to which information, communication and digital lifestyle technology and telecommunications continues to contribute towards socio-economic growth in the country. It is certainly an exciting time to be a part of these dynamic sectors."
