MB Technologies – holding company of Tarsus, ACT, Printacom and ChannelWare, and 50% partner in Ingram Micro SA – today appointed a new CEO to replace Bruce McGregor.

Glenn Fullerton, group financial director of the company for the past 10 years, takes over the position from McGregor who is emigrating. McGregor succeeded Leo Baxter – now chairman of the group – as CEO two years ago.
“As a chartered accountant with many years of commercial experience, Glenn brings a wealth of corporate management expertise to his new role and has an excellent in-depth knowledge of the group that stems from him being the group financial director over the last decade,” says Baxter. "He has been instrumental in the growth of the group and has played a significant role in building the group into the leading IT distributor in the country.
“The day-to-day running of the group could therefore not be in better hands," Baxter adds. "We are confident that Glenn will take the group to new heights.”
Niall Carroll, CEO of MB Technologies’ majority shareholder, Royal Bafokeng Holdings, says that the board is 100% behind McGregor’s decision and the appointment of Fullerton.
