The rumour-mill around Apple is churning again, with new reports surfacing about a new all-in-one entertainment device that the iPhone manufacturer could debut before Christmas.

According to press reports, the new device would be a portable "iTablet" device that will include an electronic book reader as well as a device for watching movies and playing music.
The new device, runs speculation, would fit inbetween the iPod and the Mac line-up, but would be aimed at a purely entertainment niche.
The new device would apparently feature a 10-inch screen and be connected via 3G.
A launch is apparently set for early 2010, but some are hoping that it will be available before Christmas this year.
And, apparently Apple is also working with four record labels on a plan to increase digital sales of albums.
