A US man is being charged with what is believed to be that country's biggest credit card data theft to date.

According to US prosecutors, Albert Gonzales hcked into retailers and stole the data from 130-million accounts – breaking his own identity theft record.
He is already in jail awaiting trial for an earlier case where it is alleged he stole data from 40-million credit cards.
The 130-million identity case is thought to be the biggest credit and debit card theft in the US.
