Accessibility to Apple products is set to rise with the opening of two new Apple Premium Resellers (APRs). iStore Canal Walk in Cape Town welcomed its first customers on Saturday and iStore Sandton City in Johannesburg will open its doors early December.

The opening of these two iStores will see APRs expand their retail footprint from ten to twelve stores countrywide. These additional APRs, make it quicker and easier to try out and buy the complete range of Macs and iPods, along with a full complement of software, accessories and laptop bags, so you can find everything you need in one place.
Being an Apple Premium Reseller means the store is a dedicated hub for Apple products, peripherals and add-on services such as advice, assistance and training.
APRs are designed as a relaxed space in which Apple experts listen carefully to what shoppers need, and offer professional, impartial advice.
“Visiting an APR is about more than just shopping; it’s an experience,” says RJ van Spaandonk, executive director of Core Group. "Innovative ideas regarding retail space, design and interactivity provide an unrivaled shopping experience that, along with the hands-on approach, offers training sessions and seminars that will help people to make the most of their Apple products. Staff will be on hand at all times to give advice and demonstrations, as well as to facilitate test drives of the products.”
A major attraction to the iStores is the free training seminars that will be held several times a week. These seminars will assist customers in understanding Apple hardware and software, and offer training for both beginners and more advanced Mac users.
