CommVault Systems has completed Windows Server 2008 R2 certification and now supports Windows 7 to ensure that CommVault Simpana software seamlessly operates with the latest versions of Microsoft’s flagship server and desktop operating systems.
CommVault’s Simpana software has been optimised for Windows Server 2008 R2 , which includes new virtualisation tools, web resources, management enhancements and Windows 7 integration capabilities. In passing stringent certification criteria, CommVault can extend the benefits of Simpana software to this new server OS release while easing upgrades for existing customers.
