SAP Business One specialist 4most, a Logic Group company, has won a contract to supply a SAP Business One financial and accounting ERP software system and consultancy services to Spartan-based specialist non-ferrous supplier, Metal Tool & Trade (MTT).

The SAP Business One solution is scheduled to go live at the end of June. MTT will be implementing the solution in-house, but will rely upon 4most to provide intensive one month consultancy training to two senior members of its financial team tasked with overseeing the software implementation.
“Our specialists will be available to MTT during implementation should any problems be encountered,” says Leon Jacobs of 4most corporate sales.
“The full integration of SAP Business One with a focus on sales opportunities, financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing and a dedicated inventory module, will assist MTT with accurate costing and control of stock, all of which is imported,” adds Jacobs.
A CRM (customer relationship management) module will enable streamlined management and control of a large sales team, and at the same time assist sales staff with the provision of real time stock levels, availability and cost on a local area network.
MTT provides a wide range of standard and highly specialised metal products ranging from brass, copper, aluminium and stainless steel to bronze and other alloys. All of the products are available in in a variety of finishes, sizes and tempers (hardness and elasticity).
A member of the German international Niemet group, MTT keeps its South African customers in tune with technical advances and innovations emanating from Europe and Asia.
