The Integr8 Group has signed an agreement with Itec, a leading provider of office automation and production printing solutions, to bolster service delivery to the local market.

Itec's consultative approach allows for the implementation of innovative and integrated solutions that deliver on the customer's expectations and requirements.
Integr8 is South Africa’s largest privately owned ICT managed services provider. The company recently made headlines when it was ranked as the number one managed services provider in Africa, and fifth best in the world by publishers of the Global MSPmentor 100 Report.
The agreement creates a platform by which both companies can add value to their respective markets.
Although there are some areas of overlap between Integr8 and Itec with regard to their offerings, the companies have identified several key areas where they can apply skills, expertise, knowledge and experience to improve service delivery.
The partnership will particularly focus on office automation, telecommunication and related products.
Bennie Strydom, sales director, Integr8, says there is an opportunity to enter expanding markets that are becoming more reliant upon managed ICT services and support, to compliment investment in solutions.

Management at Itec sees a great deal of synergy in the association with Integr8 and believes that there is a shared focus in the empowerment of businesses.
“This agreement combines the resources, expertise and knowledge of two established industry leaders. We will transfer the value of our affiliation to Integr8 to our client base, and this means access to managed services and the benefit of an ‘always-on’, high-tech hub that is the Integr8 Nerve Centre,” explains Ryan Miles, chief operations officer at Itec.
