A bid by Nokia to have Apple products barred from sale in the US has failed, with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) ruling in favour of Apple.
The determination is in connection with a patent dispute brought by Nokia and covering Apple's phones, music players and computers.
However a judge has decided that Apple had not violated the five patents at the centre of the suit.
Had the commission found that Apple violated the patents, the products could have been barred from sale in the US.
This is just one of seeral patent lawsuits that Apple and Nokia have filed against one another.
