Bidvest company, Océ South Africa, a top supplier of innovative and high quality products and services for the digital printing and management of documents in professional environments, has announced the appointment of Dave Clark as managing director. He takes the reins from Keith Dix-Peek, who will retire in June 2011.

Clark brings a wealth of experience to his new role through a combination of the knowledge and experience gained during his 24 years of employment within the printing industry. Prior to his latest appointment, he was responsible for managing the Western Cape region for Konica Minolta South Africa, a position he held for the last eight years.
Regarding his new role, Clark says that he will want to ensure that Océ South Africa continues with its current success in building a reputable brand and providing an excellent after-sales service.
“Incorporating the Canon production printing products into our line up will pose new and exciting challenges to growing our business in the future. The combination of Océ and Canon has huge potential in sharing technology and bringing this technology to the market a lot quicker.
"In order to make the relationship a success, we will focus on conducting business with the utmost care to our personnel, clients and service in order to ensure that both the brand and the company are respected.”
Clark’s appointment became effective in May 2011.
