In a move offering Sage Accpac users a broader support base, Accpac solutions provider MN Systems has merged with Sage specialists Lorge.

Lorge MD Derek Porter says the merger has created a strong support capability with 40 technically skilled staff focused on Sage ERP Accpac, Sage CRM and Sage ERP X3 accounting and business software products and solutions. Lorge, which has been in business for 25 years, also provides Qlikview business intelligence solutions.
“Marc Chapman, the founder and owner of MN Systems since 1992, will take responsibility for sales and new business development supported by senior, highly experienced consultants who have many man-years of operational and technical experience," Porter says. "This will add considerable value to the sales, support and services capability of Lorge.”
Chapman says the market has always regarded MN Systems as a highly competent operation in terms of technical know-how and support.
He adds that Sage Accpac software continues to move with the times to meet the challenges posed by modern business. “Sage Accpac is a well-established, mature and constantly evolving solution, Version 6 has just been launched and a full Web-based solution is on the way.”
Logic Group MD Carlien Thomson says Sage Accpac provides the foundation for businesses of all sizes to control costs and extract critical information to ensure ongoing success. “With this merger Lorge is strategically placed to add value and ensure companies derive the maximum benefits from Sage Accpac," Thomson says. "This merger increases our capability to provide the market with appropriate and well-supported solutions.”
