Logistics IT specialist, Intermec, has awarded Roan Systems its prestigious Gold Partner status as a supplier and service provider for its range of equipment.
Intermec reserves this status for those who have made a commitment to increasing their technical and business knowledge of the company’s range of products and services, as well as meeting target revenue thresholds.
Advantages come in the form of enhanced technical support, as well as access to Intermec’s impressive knowledge database. Partners are also eligible for enhanced marketing benefits.
“Our main focus will be on Intermec’s mobile computers, fixed and vehicle mount computers, barcode scanners and RFID readers,” says Frikkie Koegelenberg, Roan’s MD. The company has already established a significant client base in support of the Intermec range, with most being drawn to Roan’s comprehensive after sales service and support programmes.
“Our call centre is geared to provide the most up to date technical advice, with technicians being sent on regular training courses. We also offer replacement parts and consumables for our product ranges,” Koegelenberg adds.
