Oracle has announced that PwC has achieved Diamond level partner status in the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) specialised programme.
The highest level available in Oracle PartnerNetwork, the Diamond distinction recognises those members that have invested significantly in delivering both broad and deep levels of experience across core Oracle technologies, and a commitment to helping joint customers maximise the value of their Oracle investments.
As one of Oracle’s elite globally managed partners, PwC helps mutual clients leverage Oracle technologies to realise a wide range of critical objectives – from improving day-to-day operations to realising large-scale, transformational change.
Working together, PwC and Oracle provide mutual clients with an enterprise-wide approach to achieving speed of execution, greater efficiency and lower costs, with the appropriate level of internal controls.
To date, PwC has achieved more than 20 Oracle specialisations, five advanced specialisations, and has a large global network of Oracle specialists with deep industry and vertical experience in ERP, HCM, SCM, Oracle BI, EPM, Oracle identity management, Oracle GRC, and Oracle customer care and billing; amongst others.
PwC also has extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and has successfully deployed one of the first Oracle Fusion HCM projects, helping to streamline and improve talent and compensation management business processes.
“Harnessing the power of Oracle Applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware and database technology solutions and translating these enabling technologies into strategic, sustainable business outcomes requires a careful integration of Oracle-specific insight and in-depth business and industry knowledge,” says Gerard Verweij, PwC global Oracle practice and alliance lead.
“Achieving a Diamond status signifies our commitment to delivering the deep insight and expertise our mutual customers need to transform and optimise their business operations and leverage technology to create their next competitive advantage in their respective markets.”
“In a short period of time, PwC has demonstrated an ability to deliver successful innovations across new and existing technology offerings, such as Oracle Fusion Applications,” says Michelle Montalvo, Oracle VP, worldwide alliances and channels.
“Their deep knowledge in a vast array of Oracle technologies and their commitment to helping customers reap the full potential of their Oracle investments, put PwC on the fast-track to achieving a Diamond status. We are pleased to recognise this milestone.”
