SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
ITIl practitioner certified or higher
5 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Manager

Duties
Good knowledge and experience in providing a proactive approach in assisting to improve the ICT Service availability by working with the support Teams to attain high levels of system availability and stability.
Good knowledge and experience in identifying maintenance and support related trends through analysis and review of incidents and developing proactive improvement to reduce the impact
Good knowledge and experience in providing leadership management and technical insight overview to members of the support team to ensure quality of work and related output/deliverables
Proven track record in ensuring that the level of ICT service performance meets and exceeds requirements with all aspects of maintenance and services provided
