Duties:

– Direct technological focus by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
– Provide clear and documented technology strategy roadmap
– Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifyingresources needed
– Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
– Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to internal and external stakeholders
– Clearly articulate business benefit expected from technology projects
– Organising and managing all phases of the project toensure on-time completion
– Assembling and coordinating project team members;assigning individual responsibilities
– Track and report on progress of projects
– Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable fordelivery on projects
– Ensure training and documentation is world class on all initiatives

Requirements:

– Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically for businesses operating in the retail/FMCG space
– Financial transacting
– Inventory management
– Controls and how they are implemented within the business
– Reporting platforms and integration
– KERRIDGE ERP experience a benefit

– Strong understanding of data and data management. Proficiency in MS SQL/MySQL/OracleDB a benefit
– Strong understanding of BPMN and Visio for process mapping
– Experience in some Agile and/or Waterfall project management tools (MS Projects/Jira/Trello etc)
– Basic understanding of API and JSON/XML for integrations with external systems, as and when required
– 5 + years of technical project management within the retail/FMCG space
– Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
– Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines
