Overview

– Scrum Master with 5+ years experience of the following: First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
– Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
– Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
– Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous burn down techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
– Hands-on experience on leading technology delivery of the solutions.
– Ability to facilitate the hopper, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across stakeholder groups.
– Strong project management, including understanding the route of escalation into the bank.
– Liaise with broader Release Management to provide regular statuses and provide confidence on readiness for integration.
