We are a highly respected but small ISP in South Africa, offering ADSL, Fibre and Web Hosting to consumers and business. We’re looking for some great people to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer support to our clients via a ticketing system, live chat and telephone. Note you will also be trained on how to perform Linux and Windows Server Maintenance and perform Network Operations tasks.
Please note that this position requires shift work.
Your own reliable transport is also required as graveyard shifts are necessary on rotational basis.
Requirements:
Completed a diploma or degree in IT
Basic Understanding of Windows and/or Linux Servers
Basic Network Understanding
Basic HTML Coding Understanding
Good Telephone Etiquette
1 year plus working experience as a Technical Support Resource
Reliable Transport as shift work is required
