External Vacancies exists for 65 x Security Officers – Grade C in the WITBANK

Applicants must be South African Citizens and residing in Witbank, Ogies, Phola or surrounding areas. Interested candidate must meet the following requirements:
Preferred Qualifications/Attributes/Skills:
- PSIRA certification – Grade C
- Firearm competency and regulation 21 up to date;
- Firearm Training for Handling and Business Purpose
- National Key Point Certificate
- Experience in a similar position advantageous;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- A working knowledge of MS Office;
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language);
- Sound Communication Skill (Verbal and Written);
- The ability to communicate and present at all levels and work under pressure;
- Must be willing to undergo polygraph test;
- Code 08 Drivers License and valid PDP;
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
- Willing to work long hours;
- Criminal Record Certificate issued within the past 3 months by the South African Police Services
- Any additional security related training will be added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Main function is access control of a higher risk area and supervision of lower grade security officers
- Scheduling of the guards and marking of the attendance register;
- Planning, organizing, leading, control and supervision;
- Liaise with Client and handle all internal queries;
- Ensuring that all guards are on site to cover shortages;
- Implementing ISO procedures; (Preferable )
- Adhering to disciplinary procedures;
- Rendering a comprehensive pro-active security service;
- Ensure on the job training;

- Psira certificate
- Firearm
- Report Writing
Desired Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years

- Certificate
