About The Employer:
– 12-15 years of IT experience
– 5-7 year of experience in design and implementation of Microfocus tools
– Recent experience in project manager/lead role.
– At least managed 2 full cycle Microfocus projects
– Functional & Technical Design Ownership
– Review/Approval of all designs
– Guidance/Tracking of Implementation
– Participate in Strategic planning/roadmap decisions/new initiatives
– Ensure the Technical deliveries happen on time
– During critical phases, handle key deliveries and provide extra management support
– Provide technical/functional inputs based on practical experience, help team on technical thoughts with clarity
– Must have good people management skills to handle a team of diversified cultures.
– Handle client expectation management and escalations
– Deliver the project within agreed SLAs
– Handle the reporting for internal management and customer
