Our client, a well established fruit export company, seeks to employ a qualified and specialist Occupational Health Practitioner, who meets the following very specific criteria.
The key requirements for consideration:
- You will have completed a degree in nursing or occupational health care, with 8-10 years experience in providing Occupational Health Care within a manufacturing or related sector, and registered with the SANC and also with the SASOHN
- The ability to converse in English, Afrikaans and a 3rd official language is essential
- You will have a proven track record in providing exceptional health care to farm and packhouse workers, within the Western Cape region, managing injury of duty, COIDA administration, employee wellness, TB and HIV counselling and administration.
- You must be able to fully manage a clinic, including Occupational Health staff on site, conduct health risk audits, provide solutions to areas in need of improvement and provide accurate and detailed reporting monthly
- A natural leadership style, with the ability to travel and communicate effectively is a must
