Job Purpose:

  • Identifying the requirements needed to put in place different, new or changed business processes for commercial and/or personal property finance
  • Identifying the different components impacted by various changes and relaying the details to the delivery team to do the necessary development

Responsibilities:

  • Designing business processes and deriving requirements for business needs to deliver on company objectives and prioritised projects.
  • Driving continuous improvements to ensure the business benefits are achieved.
  • Supporting the delivery of initiatives aligned to the organisation’s objectives and strategy.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business to enable and optimise business process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.

Skills / Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience of enterprise wide business solution design and business process improvement, processing systems, processes and procedures in a banking, commercial and/or personal property financing environment.
  • Translating corporate strategies and objectives into initiatives and/or projects.
  • Initiation and implementation of projects with the goal to improve performance through business process improvements.
  • Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement capability.
  • Incident management and workflow methodologies.
  • Project Management methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience in the following would be beneficial:
    • Initiation and implementation of revenue growth initiatives.
    • Enabling business strategies and objectives into business benefits.
    • Initiation and implementation of innovative concepts.
    • Exposure to personal and commercial property financing products.
