A Project Manager is required to have in-depth knowledge and must lead and direct.

  • Responsible for leading teams to deliver the project, the management
    of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and
    on-time project delivery
  • Responsible and accountable for the management of a project team
    and projects of various projects at a regional level through several
    monitoring, controlling, and planning mechanisms during the project life
    cycle, ensuring completion of the project on time and in budget
  • Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality,
    within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the
    project timelines and deliverables
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include
    full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or
    several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall
    program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

Conduct audits of PM’s monthly contact sessions will all project clients
