My client, a well-known retail organisation, is looking for an experienced admitted attorney with commercial legal experience to join their team on a 7 month fixed term contract. You will be required to draft, review, and negotiate terms of complex commercial lease agreements within the retail sector. Requirements:
- More than 5 years’ experience in a legal role
- Retail, property development, property management and/or commercial legal experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating terms of commercial agreements
- Legal degree (LLB)
- Admitted attorney
- Exceptionally strong negotiation skills
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
