Urgently looking for a professional, well presented Receptionist/Girl Friday that can assist with general administration duties for my client based in Boksburg.
Min. 4 years’ experience in Reception and General Administration.
Must be presentable, professionaland hard working.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / NQF4 Equivalent
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Minimum 3 Years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Very Well Presented and professional
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong Customer facing skills
  • Strong Communication skills


  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
  • Assist in office operations and administrative activities.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.
  • maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
  • Managing the reception area including receiving customers/clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Promoting the image of the company at all times.
  • Up keeping of the reception area.
  • Ordering of any stationary.

Must be able to speak and understand both English and Afrikaans
