Urgently looking for a professional, well presented Receptionist/Girl Friday that can assist with general administration duties for my client based in Boksburg.
Min. 4 years’ experience in Reception and General Administration.
Must be presentable, professionaland hard working.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / NQF4 Equivalent
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience working in a similar position
- Very Well Presented and professional
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Computer Literate
- Strong Customer facing skills
- Strong Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Assist in office operations and administrative activities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.
- maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
- Managing the reception area including receiving customers/clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promoting the image of the company at all times.
- Up keeping of the reception area.
- Ordering of any stationary.
Must be able to speak and understand both English and Afrikaans
