Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Audit and Review of compliance processes including but not limited credit risk management issues.
  • Support on renewal of Global Insurance Programme (D&O, Public Liability Insurance, Errors & Omissions/PI and Employment Liability Insurance)
  • Identifying Regulatory and Operational Risk and reporting it to the Management.
  • Review of the engagement of contractors, 3rd party vendors and management/umbrella companies Globally
  • Advising on Risk Management issues.
  • Assist in drafting policies to comply with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting regional compliance heads on the monitoring of business and regulatory risk
  • Reviewing compliance manuals and adherence to such manuals globally
  • Preparing and drafting Monthly Compliance & Risk Reports – Approval by Management
  • Reviewing and drafting non-Standard Client Contracts (SOW and Master Agreements)
  • Coordinate and work with Management on Monthly Compliance Reports (identify persistent issues and propose resolutions)

Additional/Support Duties

  • Assist with reviewing and marking-up of routine supplier, lease and service contracts
  • Drafting Pre-Litigation Letters and legal correspondence
  • Review and complete Client required forms
  • Assist with issuance of routine Early Termination letters, standard termination letters and

enforcement letters (contractors and clients)

  • Support on HR Compliance Issues affecting global operations


Compliance or Legal Degree

Desired Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ work experience in Compliance or Legal related function
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Spartan-like work ethic and commitment to completing tasks
  • Ability to switch from various tasks throughout the day

Desired Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years

Desired Qualification Level:

  • Degree
