Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in OD-ETDP or Degree (BCom/ BA/ BSocSci or equivalent) with a major in Human Resources or Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Education focused
Valid Code EB driver’s license
3-years relevant training and development and facilitation experience or general HR administration experience

- Brief service providers
- Coordinate training
- Schedule staff to attend L&D interventions
- Prepare course material
- Prepare training facilities
- Organize travel and accomodation
- Capture training registers
- Manage induction programmes
- Produce learning material
- Retention of all registers
- Compile BEE training spreadsheets
- Monthly reporting
- Fulfill the Skills Development Facilitator function
