Requirements Diploma or Degree in Office Management/ Financial Administration qualification
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a busy office environment
Knowledge of the South African Higher Education Sector
Knowledge of management and stakeholder relationships
Key Performance Areas
Provision of administrative and/or functional support to line function, client and staff
Delivery of service daily in the relevant area and level of operational specialisation, internal and external
Processing and coordinating of documents
Direct problem solving with regards to workflows and service flow through the application of relevant knowledge to ensure ongoing operational efficiency
Compilation of relevant reports and continuous improvement to expedite workflows
Any other duties as delegated by the supervisor/manager
