A Human Resources Assistant (HR) is required for a long established company with beautiful offices in Boskruin / Bromhof, Randburg. R10K p.m. – R15K p.m. ctc
Minimum Requirements
- B. Com Human Resource Management Diploma or Degree
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken (English) in all mediums
- S.A. Citizen with valid I.D.
- Age: 28 to 35 years
- Own car and valid Driver’s License
- Own a cell phone
- Live within 50 minutes travelling-time to the office premises
- Working knowledge and experience in MS Office and Outlook
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required
- Confident, professional communication skills both in person and written.
- Experienced in communications both online, in person and digitally / electronically.
- Afrikaans and African languages beneficial for customer communications.
- Positive attitude, always willing to learn more, highly motivated self-starter and team player.
- Interview and assessing ability
- Attention to detail and analytical ability
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills; Customer service orientated.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deal with staff issues
- General assistance in the HR department
- Research and familiarize yourself with the latest labor laws
- Assist with arranging company events
- Assist with updating internal databases
- Maintaining personnel records
- Assist with effective attraction, motivation and retention of talent
- Assist with the learning and development of the workforce
- Update policies and procedures on a continuous basis
- Assist with consistent and effective management of IR issues
- Assist with internal communication on a weekly basis
- Assist with the accurate administration and record keeping of all HR related information
- Compile, generate and analyze HR statistics and reports in order to facilitate quality decision making
