Leading Manufacturer is searching for a “hands on” Finance controller to manage their import process on a large scale. This involves managing 5 complex cash books. Incumbent must understand the technical side of Bill of Ladings and relevant documents that need to be sent on a regular basis to the bank for multiple imports. You must have worked with forward coverage and international suppliers as you will hedge funds at the banks for each transaction conducted. The volumes are HUGE and attention to detail is required in ensuring that FEC’s and quotes numbers are recorded correctly. This role requires an individual with advanced excel skills. Matric + tertiary qualification + Manufacturing/Project/Inventory Control experience essential.
