This position is responsible for all maintenance and support management related to the Client and its subsidiaries’ computer systems, IT equipment and network infrastructure in the Gauteng region
Duties & Responsibilities
Must have good experience in the following:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- VMware
- Security and antivirus systems
- Remote Desktop, Citrix and Terminal Servers
- End-User Support
- Server Installation & Configuration
- LANWAN configuration and support
- Ethernet, Fibre, VSAT, Wireless Network installations and support
- Software installation and support
- Staff Management
- Asset Management
- IT vehicle and equipment Management
- Project Management
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12.
- Qualification in IT hardware, software and infrastructure support, e.g. Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as IT technician or 2 years as Senior IT technician.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Network Administration and Hardware maintenance.
