My client in the Manufacturing Industry (Benoni) is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant (directors level). Must be VERY DYNAMIC, WELL ORGANISED with an EXTREMEN STRONG PERSONALITY. Ideally a Secretarial Qualification. STABLE employment record essential.
Minimum Requirements:
- STABLE trackrecord.
- Matric
- Very Dynamic
- 4+ Years experience (PA to a Director)
- Certificate – Secretarial would be ideal
- Excellent Writen and communication skills (Executive level)
- Must be able to understand Afrikaans
- Excellent financial acumen
- MS Excel and MS Word Advanced
- Be able to take Minutes
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates work with executives and support staff to ensure a high performance customer service oriented work environment.
- Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the General Manager’s Office and other department heads and managers.
- Prepares and drafts memoranda, correspondence, and other documents and reports often of a highly sensitive and confidential nature
- Prepares schedules, agenda, meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.
- Maintains the General Manager’s calendars; coordinates, arranges and confirms meetings.
- Receives telephone calls, providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgment.
- Performs other reasonable duties assigned but not limited to: Event planning, ordering of stationery and refreshments, booking of flights and accommodation, telephone call screening, processing expense claims etc.
- Researches and compiles information from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports and correspondence for the General Manager.
