We urgently require Payment Clerks with sports betting experience.
DUTIES
- Reconcile online payment gateway providers to betting system
- Verification of FICA documentation as part of the payment process where required.
- Liaising will call centre agents to resolve payment related enquiries
- Investigate payment enquiries with 3rd party payment providers when required.
- Manually Process payments if and when automated payment gateways fail.
- Allocate manual deposits from clients to clients online betting accounts when required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential attribute
Own reliable transport is required.
Experience is XERO software will be an advantage.
