We are on the hunt for an experienced individual passionate about Training and Development to design, devleop and deliver training on national level. You will provide support towards the achievement of maximum productivity and growth in line with business strategy, company vision and values. You will also be required to identify the training objectives and outcomes as a result of the identified training needs and subsequently ensure that suitable training interventions are conducted

Minimum requirements are:

  • Matric
  • Relevant Diploma /Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Development,
  • ODETD Practices certification
  • At least 3 years extensive training experience.
  • Accredited Assessor, Moderator, Facilitator and acreditation in designing learning material
  • Additional certification in training.
  • Knowledge of legislation surrounding the financial industry
  • Knowledge of assessment and modereation principles
  • Skills development facilitation
  • Knowedge of LMS
  • Knowledge of needs identification and analysis
  • Knowledge of training and development policies and procedures
  • Experience with web-based and e-learning platforms
