Junior Credit Control Officer
- Process and vet credit applications.
- Conduct customer background checks as per internal procedures.
- Contact customers to verify details and perform fraud verification.
- Verify references.
- Provide report to senior credit control officer of credit worthiness.
- Liaise with customers and internal representatives.
- Upload customers onto internal database and effect amendments when necessary to do so.
- Maintain control of credit applications.
- General admin associated with a position of this nature.
Experience with software such as Excel, Windeed and palladium will be beneficial.
