  1. Train to Manage the Buy Shop within the next 6 months.
  2. Make sure that all operational standards are adhered to
  3. Responsible for making sure budgets are reached
  4. Assisting Store managers to lead their staff compliment

  5. Train and mentor staff Requirements Knowledge? Previous experience in retail environment and a proven track record. Qualifications? Matric (Grade 12)? Driver’s license. Skills? Proven written and oral communication skills? Ability to organize personal work priorities? Ability to work independently and as part of a team? Excellent organizational skills?
