Key Responsibilities:
- Performing a key role as part of the Group’s Executive Committee
- Designing and delivering on key strategy data initiatives
- Implementing data strategy across the Group, for internal and external purposes
- Integrating data analytics into all key areas of the Business including Revenue Operations; Sales and Technology
- Line management of Data and Analytics team
- Own overall design, implementation and support of the Group’s BI technology ecosystem
- Responsible for Data Acquisition, Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Intelligence
- Develop the group’s self-service capabilities in accessing and reporting of intelligence
- Implement data quality standards and best practices
- Create and implement relevant processes, systems, guidelines, strategies, documents, reporting etc.
Key Attributes and Skills:
- BSc/BCom Degree in IT/Information Systems; Mathematics; Engineering or Statistics
- 4 years’ Leadership / Management experience
- 8 years’ Business Intelligence experience
