Business Development Managers required to follow up web leads to Manu Online, a manufacturing Cloud ERP specialist.
From our bases in the UK and Finland we have acquired several customers in South Africa. We are now looking to employ commission-based sales staff to expand our coverage and market share. Lots of manufacturing companies are now looking to move to cloud systems. If you know about manufacturing and software systems this is your opportunity to be part of this move.
You will be allocated leads in your region to qualify, carry out an online demo of the system, and close. You will also increase your earning by generating your own leads in your area or industry of expertise. Full training will be provided on the features and benefits of ERP, the Manu Online system, the CRM system and agreed sales process.
Manu Online is a cloud ERP system for small and medium sized manufacturing companies. It appeals to small manufacturers who realise that to scale and grow their businesses they need automation, better business processes and efficiencies. Ideally you will be selling to the owner manager who is committed to change and moving away from spreadsheets or legacy systems and onto modern cloud systems.
Commission is provided based on the first 4 months monthly new Customer revenue from an allocated lead. If the lead is self-generated this is increased to the first 6 months monthly new Customer revenue. You can also build up and earn a small continuous commission of 5% so long as the customer uses our product and you are actively selling. Based on closing a minimum of 2 customers per month earnings can be from £1,440 per month to £3,600 per month. There are no upper limits. Full time equivalent would create an OTE of £86,400.
Must Have: consultative sales background, good admin and office skills, well organised, excellent communicator, presentable and professional. Internet Connection, Laptop or equivalent.
Nice to Have: experience and/or network in manufacturing, sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, experience and success in similar commission only roles. Knowledge of ERP.
