Searching for a highly motivated, energetic individual to assist the Aftermarket Admin Supervisor, PSR’s and team of technicians.
This individual will ensure that performance criteria and service delivery objectives are met; and will have to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule, plan and communicate technicians / mechanics service activity to relevant staff member(s) and customers.
- Dispatching of technicians to attend to breakdowns.
- Facilitating customer complaints and queries.
- Foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to customers.
- Assisting product support engineer / foreman to keep service schedules within set parameters by proper planning and scheduling of technicians.
- Foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out.
- Providing scheduled reports as requested by department manager, admin supervisors.
- Provide full admin support to the Aftermarket Admin Supervisor.
- Updating of records on Kerridge system (Advantage).
- Ensuring that team achieves predetermined targets
- Facilitating customer complaints and queries.
- Processing of Service Agreements
- Creating order numbers.
- Processing of invoices.
- General administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Min 3 years relevant experience.
- Advanced / Expert Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Customer and Personal Service: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing.
