Searching for a highly motivated, energetic individual to assist the Aftermarket Admin Supervisor, PSR’s and team of technicians.
This individual will ensure that performance criteria and service delivery objectives are met; and will have to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule, plan and communicate technicians / mechanics service activity to relevant staff member(s) and customers.
  • Dispatching of technicians to attend to breakdowns.
  • Facilitating customer complaints and queries.
  • Foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to customers.
  • Assisting product support engineer / foreman to keep service schedules within set parameters by proper planning and scheduling of technicians.
  • Foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out.
  • Providing scheduled reports as requested by department manager, admin supervisors.
  • Provide full admin support to the Aftermarket Admin Supervisor.
  • Updating of records on Kerridge system (Advantage).
  • Ensuring that team achieves predetermined targets
  • Facilitating customer complaints and queries.
  • Processing of Service Agreements
  • Creating order numbers.
  • Processing of invoices.
  • General administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Min 3 years relevant experience.
  • Advanced / Expert Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Customer and Personal Service: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing.
