Position: Land Management Specialist (Negotiation Team & Run the business)

Job Purpose:

  • The Land Management Specialist will be responsible for executing all regional activities related to the successful management of the expiration portfolio, reduction in overall escalation on land lease portfolio,secure lease tenure and execution of Notarial leases.
  • The Land Management Specialist is responsible forexecuting all regional activities related to negotiating lease renewals exercising lease term options,terminations.
  • Organic tenant growth, strategic positioning, and growth.
  • The Land Management Specialist works closely with the Team Lead to ensure objectives are achieved for the Team.

Role:

  • Effective self-leadership as an individual contributor in a high-performance environment.
  • Manage renegotiation of expired leases – secure extended lease tenure.
  • Less Leases – reducing escalations and securing extended lease tenure.
  • Notarial leases – execute on 99-year leases to contribute to overall reduction in weighted average.
  • Manage renewals of leases.
  • Manage the negotiation process of additional property expansion to accommodate new customers.
  • Managing customer churn – ensuring lease termination in line with TLA termination where applicable.
  • Managing DC and Solar roll out within portfolio.
  • Colocation and Fibre – ensuring time to market, immediate execution and negotiation.
