Technical Administrator required at the Pretoria-East warehouse of a top local firm.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Experience on a CRM system essential
- Experience on SAP would be an advantage
- 3+ years related experience
Duties will include but not be limited to
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Process sales quotations, sales orders, sales invoices, sales credit notes, forms, reports and applications.
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high level of client service.
- Manage warrantee replacements and adjustments on the system.
- Follow up with customers regarding invoices and consignment stock.
