Desired Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical
- Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) is an added advantage
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing methodologies
- Strong business acumen
- 7 -10 years’ experience within the sugar industry (Essential)
