You will be required to demonstrate and sell office automation products and services to existing and potential customers by assisting them in selecting solutions best suited to their needs. These products include copiers, printers, CCTV cameras and related office automation products such as software.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintains business relationships with current customers
- Identify and establish relationships with prospective customers
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations according to company standards.
- Coordinates customer service by liasing with management, finance, and technical service departments.
- Oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participate in trade shows, customer events and conventions.
- Ensure all contracts and other documentation are completed correctly and all the required documentation is submitted to the Sales Administrator to process the contracts.
- After sales service and customer satisfaction surveys.
