Responsibilities:
- Configuring very complex software implementations with multiple components such as big data, transaction processing etc.
- Experience with integration tools.
- Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues such as load balancing.
- Tracking issues through to resolution, export to production.
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Documenting and updating technical knowledge base.
Skills / Experience:
- Understanding of data structures.
- API Integration.
- SQL and understanding of relational database concepts.
- Transactional processing experience.
- Experience with CI/ CD and automation tools.
- Large-scale data storage solutions for queryable & random data access like MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Proxy/Network Experience, understanding of and experience with request load balancing and related LB technologies like AWS ALB and ELB.
- AWS or GCP fundamentals.
- Mobile Financial Services would be a huge benefit.
