Overview

We are always looking for superstars to join our team. At the moment we want to grow oursupport team – why do we want to grow it? Our customers and our products matter.
This is not the usual support role as you know it – we don’t do repetitively.
You will need to know your way around network technologies, down to port and protocol level. Be confident around Windows and Linux systems, and understand how they operate.

Job Requirements

  • ? Technical curiosity and a hunger to do research and up-skill with technical solutions.
    • ? Excellent written communication skills are key to getting a solution across.
    • ? Research issues that do not have a recognised solution and prepare a resolution
      process for them.-
  • ? Assist developers in creating secure software products, and writing and maintaining
    scripts, such as python and shell.
    • ? Have the inclination and the capability to learn new technologies and provide support
      for them.
    • ? Solid understanding of network technologies, down to port and protocol level –
      specifically DNS.

Skills/competencies required

  • ? Previous experience in a support role.
    • ? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • ? Methodical approach to work.
    • ? Excellent written communication skills.
    • ? Planning, organisational and time management skills.
    • ? Bash scripts / Linux commands.
    • ? Python skills.
    • ? Knowledge of cloud computing AWS, GPC, Azure, Hyper-V, Vmware.
